This Law Firm is a complete and total joke. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a supposed professional law firm. Beware! Stay far far away!

The Baker Law Group , specifically Attorney Jennifer Schwab, handled a civil matter for me. I found her to be professional, proactive, thorough, very responsive and timely, and extremely well versed in the Law. I especially appreciated that while we were prepared to go to Court, Jennifer found a solution for me that resolved the matter 100% in my favor, without litigation. Update: I was now emailed pertaining to this. I'd like to first state they offered a refund to remove a one star review. After thought I have changed my review back to one star because this seems a bit unsavory, especially if they've done this many times to get a better review. They were able to provide the proper client care that would be expected, but only after the negative review. They are nice people but I just wanted proper follow thru and proper client care would be nice especially with what is stated below. I would get multiple opinions about your case from multiple law firms before opting to do a consult. I was led to believe I had a case at first from a quick phone call which lead me to book the consult. That is all. This seems to be a breach of Google's terms... ***** I called and told my story and they seemed like they could help and recommended the hour consult for an expensive price. Since it seemed like they could help I did it. The meeting started almost 10 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. I got pretty much told that I had no case from the start and throughout the remainder of the meeting it seemed like we were going in circles. My lawyer gave me her card and said I could contact her by email. Two days later I thought of a new approach with added information. It's something she could have read and replied to in less than 10 minutes. The time that I missed out on from our shortened contracted 1 hour in person meeting, maybe? If it was a no we could've parted ways as we have but if it was a feasible approach it could have earned them more business and a case. All I got in return was a generic message stating the services provided and if I wanted any more I'd have to retain their services and pay again. The phone and front staff were welcoming and nice. The only good thing about my experience.
