I just got off of the phone with Robert, he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I talked to Robert about a mechanic's lien after speaking to a couple other lawyers. I called Baker Law Group for some initial advice on a potential legal problem, and my experience was fantastic. Michelle was great to speak with initially. I recently contracted with this firm for an HOA dispute. During the consultation, the attorney said we couldnt litigate it due to language in our HOA rules. The billing after the initial consultation took advantage of us and I will never recommend this firm to any colleagues, friends or family members. We were told that our consultation fees should cover most of the letter that we agreed on to have sent out. We were asked to put a deposit of $1500 for potential negotiations with our HOA after the letter process. No negotiations took place and we were charged over 2K for a letter that we basically gave all the information to supply. After we were denied to negotiate from the receivers of this letter, the attorney told us that if we wanted to sue, they would send us to litigation. But I thought we couldn't sue? They phoned it in and then had the audacity to charge us for asking a question about the billing on top of that. If we were originally told one letter would cost us over $2600 we would have never retained their services.

Couldn’t recommend Brian at Baker Law more if I tried! He took the time to explain the steps I would need to take in the future so that I’m not floundering the moment I lose a loved one, or feel lost in where to start first. He took the time to listen to my situation with zero judgement. He was very honest, and knowledgeable, and never once tried to “sell” me on a service I wouldn’t need. Highly highly recommend!
