I called today and spoke with Michelle B. She was very nice and pleasant to talk to. I was afraid to call a lawyer because my legal issue is not normal but Michelle was patient and did not rush me at all. I was able to talk to a lawyer right after that and they gave me really good advice for what I need to do.
