We were charged thousands for a simple online Labor disput complaint to the State of Colorado which is still pending investigation assignment after several Months. This firm provided little to no communication in addition to being unresponsive to requests regarding our account. We were charged hundreds of dollars just to close our account. We will be following up with a complaint to the Colorado Bar Association in addition to the Attorney regulation counsel.

I initiated contact today and received immediate, glowing, support from both Michelle and Robert. I am looking forward to working with Baker Law Group to find appropriate resolution to my current grievance.

Great customer service. Even though Baker Law Group was not able to represent me in this case, Robert and Michelle took about an hour of their time to go through my case and guide me through the next steps.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Initial person I talked to said my matter would cost$3500 for a simple HOA dispute that just needed to go to mediation. Lawyer that was assigned my case Amanda Bauer needed other lawyers to hold her hand through my case and then charged me for the pleasure. I was also not communicated with for a period of two weeks after she contacted opposing counsel, causing additional fees for overpriced lawyers. 10/10 would not recommend. These people are the reason that many people do not like lawyers. The Colorado Bar Association has already received my complaint. I didn't even get to mediation and the bill was over $4000. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Just because it is legal, does not make it right or ethical.
