I worked with Todd Todd Heideman in my family law case several years ago when he was with a different firm. I had a good experience with him and he knew my case so I retained him again. First, no one likes to be involved with anything with family law. You feel like you're loosing every time you even have to think about it-- at least that's how I feel and I had one of those easy divorces that turned into a nightmare a year later. Todd was referred to my by a friend because he knew that I needed an atty who would listen to me & not do the typical thing "yea, everyone says that about their ex." I also needed someone who would really advocate for me. I liked Todd, got a fair result & he actually listened to be and as a result was prepared well for court. When I needed legal help again, I reached out to Todd at the new firm. I had a similar experience with Todd, where I was always 100% clear that Todd understood my case, grasped the details that were important to me & provided me the expertise I needed (in a super complex and emotional case). The legal work I got with Todd & Gretchen at Robinson & Henry was the best I've ever gotten-- hands down. I really felt like the combo of the team I got with Robinson & Henry AND Todd Heideman was impressive at every turn & even though I hadn't wanted to spend more money on a no win situation legally- I felt like I got tremendous value at each turn. Every email & brief & follow-up was done so well that I ended up wishing I'd retained Todd earlier.
