I have to say, I was a little leary pursuing an injured worker covid case. Myself and 2 other work colleagues interviewed the Frickey Law Firm and presented the facts of our case. The firm met on our case and the firm contacted us to inform us that they were going to take the case. On our own we were met with much resistance from worker comp for nearly a year. All I really cared about was getting my medical bills taken care of. I was out of work for 9 months and I blew threw a good chunk of my savings. My two colleagues were out of work for over a year. Once the Frickey Law Firm got involved namely (Erin Montgomery & Stefani Almada) they got our medical bills taken care of both past and future. I was having issues having my medications paid for by worker comp. Erin (attorney) arranged for all of my meds to be filled by the injured worker pharmacy. As our case progressed Erin set forth a motion to have a monetary settlement on our behalf as we had to use savings to survive. Erin was successful along with her paralegal Stefani. To my amazement Erin settled my case which consisted of medical bills paid in full for past treatment and treatment moving forward. In addition all of my medications were taken care of both passed and moving forward. In addition she initiated a proposal for a monetary settlement. Going into this I was unsure if this would be a reality. I watched Erin during one of the proceedings negotiate a settlement. She was firm and stuck to her guns as far as what she believed was fair to me. She wouldn't budge. Erin being the seasoned attorney that she is eventually got all parties to see things her way on my behalf. I have already recommended Erin and the Frickey Law Firm to a family member that was not getting any place on his own. Moving forward I will not hesitate to recommend the Frickey Law Firm, Erin Montgomery and her assistant Stefani to anyone I think that will benefit from their expert and legal guidance. I hired Erin last year for one of my three workman's comp claims I had. I knew going into this it was going to be a lengthy process and so did Erin. Her and her paralegal Stefani helped me along the way with any questions I had or if I was confused on anything. Always sought out proper treatment and proper care for me and even checked up on me and my wellbeing periodically. I would highly recommend Erin and her entire team to anyone who thinks that the handlement of their workman's comp case was mishandled or you think you think you got treated unfairly in your workman's comp claim. I just want to say that Eric, Leigh, and Kimberly are doing there job above and beyond on what I expected. My slip and fall accident has caused me and my family a lot of pain. But when I talk to my lawyer he keeps me at ease. There jobs are hard but they go all the way and are fighting for me. I will always use this firm if anything ever happens again I thank everyone for going all the way for me.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Erin and Stefani here at Frickey Law Firm during this last year of being on workman’s comp.
