I had the pleasure of working with Erin and Stefani. Both of these ladies helped me navigate the work comp system. They were good to check in monthly and follow up quickly when I had questions. Erin and Stefani are both very kind and very professional. I would highly recommend them. I wouldn't have known where to begin without them. It was very reassuring knowing that I had someone looking out for me.

I was very pleased with the support I received from multiple members of this firm. It was an ongoing waiting game for over 2 years due to covid struggles to get a settlement but frickey law firm held firm and stayed on top of everything. They made sure I was properly compensated for my losses in a brutal car accident and really made me feel lots of ease through the process with the ability to just put everything in their hands and it payed off tremendously for me. So remembering, from my youth, the old Norton Frickey commercial. I looked them up on Google, and was impressed with their reviews. After a conversation with the on board paralegal, Jimmy I believe his name was, we were set. Erin Montgomery my Lawyer and her paralegal Stefani, were great. The one thing I was very impressed with was their straight forward honest approach to my case. I received the surgery I needed along with the Phisical therapy required to bounce back. My experience with The Frickey Law Firm was great from the very beginning to the very end! Getting to work with Jimmy Elliot, Adam McClure, and Susan Calvert throughout this process was not only seamless, but very pleasant at every point along the way. Although I would have never wanted to be in a Workers Comp case, I honestly couldn't imagine having gone to any other firm to navigate what is a pretty long and confusing process for many. In August/2016 I suffered a blunt force tramma to my right eye from a high pressure hose at work. The injury caused me to loose my Iris and pushed the lens into my cornia that had to be surgically removed. After filling out lots of paperwork for workman's comp many opthalmologist and optometrist I was receiving a small check every two weeks then no check for two months. The next check I received was for $50... I knew I needed legal help so I contacted the Fricky Law Firm. Jimmy Elliott, Adam Mc Celure and the office staff helped me get the money and eye care I was entitled to. If you are injured from a work place accident I highly recommend the Frickey Law Firm. Please don't deal with the insurance company on your own. If you think you need an attorney, you do. A friend of mine once told me that insurance companies have a large receiving dock for the money to come in and and small doggy door in the back of the building where the money goes out but it takes a good attorney to open that door.

The Frickey Law Firm was great.I moved out of state halfway through my case but it did not seem to slow Janet and Lupe down.Travel arrangements and reimbursements were taken care of very well. Once they got my case going I feel it was settled in a reasonable amount of time. Janet and Lupe were great to work with and I would recommend The Frickey Law Firm to anyone with a WC case. 10/10
