Worth giving a call to ask about your case. My attorney was very responsive to all of my questions (within one day if not the same day). They settled my case in less than a year of my claim. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I have no other experience to compare it to. Other then that I feel very satisfied on my representation.

I was injured in a car accident in August of 2015. I first started in the firm with Eric and was handed over to Hugh O'Sullivan a while late. The firm gave Hugh all my information on me but Hugh had to start from square one with the case. Whatever he didn't have he always did his best when it came to getting all the details on the case. He was always quick and easy to get a response from. When my case took a turn and wasn't ending the way I thought it would Hugh still did his best to fight for me. His paralegal Diana Rivera was also amazing. She was such a nice lady and helped fight for me as well. I would recommend this law firm and Hugh to anyone. Burkie Espinoza

DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!!! If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I really would!! I was injured in an accident (landlord vs tenant) I was burned when the Gas stove in the house I was renting exploded on me, and burned my arm severely. I first started with Eric K. Then my case was given to Hugh O'Sullivan. (After approximately 2 years). Instead of the firm giving Hugh as much background on me as they could, I had to give him a majority of the background, it seemed as if I was always repeating myself to Hugh, he just didn’t pay attention or listen to me. He rarely answered his phone, I was always sending emails and phone calls to check up on the case! When we finally had our disposition hearing and mediation I might as well have fought on my own with out an attorney! Hugh seemed scared to fight for me because he was going up against and insurance company. He would tell me all I wanted to hear then do something different, then he'd tell me it was "best for my case." When we sat down to talk numbers I told him where I wanted to start and he did, instead of him going in smaller increments, he totally disregarded my voice, and did what HE "thought was best." I ended up settling, getting an amount (after all their fees) that was not worth all I've gone through. I have a horrendous scar that I have to forever live with, I have PTSD, depression, and anxiety, plus more issues all from this accident. Yet I didn’t get an amount that I thought would be sufficient enough for all I have gone through. I had to get my own medical records form certain physicians, I had to take the stove up as evidence, have people (friends) help me get it to, and from where the firm wanted it taken and brought, I live 3-4 hours away. I had to prove my case to my attorney and I still got" gypped" to put it nicely. As far as other employees go, they were nice, Diana Rivera was an amazing lady. I wish I would have got a different firm/attorney.

I was hurt in a car accident a day before Thanksgiving, had to go to thehospital and all. I searched for a firm I THOUGHT would help. I was contacted by a Robert Doyal from here, and because they did not get an accident report, they wouldn't look into the accident further and dismissed me entirely. I never received a request for the report, nothing. They just couldn't be bothered to take the case because it wasn't "BIG" money, in my opinion.

Was just told to get some information to get back to the lawyer, when I obtained said information I returned the phone call as per requested and instead of waiting to hear back from me, I was told that my case had been terminated while i was in the process of getting the information i was asked for.... In hindsight I wish I had read the reviews on this law firm prior to hiring them. I've read plenty of bad reviews about this place and will ask people to avoid it from this point on.
