He wasted my time never did anything on my case. When I contacted him he said our contracts terminated and that he don't believe I have an injury because I asked for drugs at the hospital. That was it and he refuses to send or e mail me a proper termination notice. I have not yet recovered from this incident and feel like I shared all my personal info with an enemy! To clear up the asking for drugs at the hospital..actually I called the hospital on a much later date and requested a refill on my NON NARCOTIC meds previously prescribed for a urinary tract infection.. (UTI) this med is simply AZO..also available over the counter. I also contacted the hospital as to where this man got his info from and they said nothing in my history suggests a valid source to his claim! I will not let this incident compromise my case or the future relationship with my next lawyer that I choose to find on avo!! This is a great site with great lawyers..I shall continue to use this site and I apologize if I have offended anyone!

Disrespectful and drunk lawyers on duty. 1 year to call you back to said they asked for the things you told them not to ask. And if they won't make money out of you they will treat you as a fake claim. If you are in pain an need medical assistance. forget about this people.

As soon I got my first check and asked them to fight it, it became near impossible to get a hold of them. and when I finally got ahold of hunter holley, he informed me that thet would no longer represent me. I had 2 weeks to find a new lawyer to file time senitive paper. Thanks for taking 20% and doing nothing!

I was T-boned in an accident and injured (neck to shoulders to mid back.) Mintz was so eager to sign me as a client they sent a lawyer to my apartment house to sign me up. However, the firm did far too little to represent me. Though I did sign with them and they kept me tied up for 8 months. Then I received a telephone call from Mr. Stayton of Mintz. He said they were not interested in continuing to represent me. I was shocked! They lied from the start. NEVER NEVER sign with these liars. The experince I went through was extremely rough, although I do not think me and my sister got the compensation we deserved, I feel as though the Mintz law firm did all they could to get us the best. I would recommend this firm, however I do not have another experince to compare mine to.

My attorney was Eric Staton and it was a very complex and lengthy process and a lot of issues came up from my end and despite me being a difficult client, he remained patient and never gave up even when things seemed to be going no where. Honestly i thought he would just throw in the towel and was actually resigned to getting nothing but he stayed vigilant and went above and beyond to fight for a just result and in the end I came out with much more than the insurance company wanted to pay and more than i expected. Now I have been given a sense of justice and also a nice amount to help me take a step to a new life. THANK YOU!!!

First of all I had a very good experience with this law firm. When I got hurt just about two years ago at a local grocery store, I call several different law firms and they said no and our case load was too full. So I decided to put my case online and this is how I got this law firm to handle my case after everyone else had said no. They also handle my case to the fullest, what ever they needed any paperwork, or doctor statement I was able to take it out to them or fax the imformation to them. So once they handle my case I was compensated very good. So I would recommend this law firms to anyone who has a personnel injury. Because this law firms really does care about their clients, and they take very good care of them.

so bad really dont go here hunter holly is a waste of your tiem. i Meant with him for the first time after he had my case for a month he was ride and can out with a tranlater like if i didnt know english just because of my skin color jerk. i dont even know spainsh i try to emial him nicely how i felt on how he treated me and he worte me the most mean message ever to my wife i posted it below please do not go to him his worthless.and remember this after i told i didnt know spainish.This is not your case or your injury and your husband is our client not you and he should be the one communicating with us not you. We had a Spanish interpeter at the meeting so you should have spoke up and we could have had the meeting in Spanish. Your husband is a grown man and can speak for himself. If your husband is unable or unwilling to communicate on his own behalf then we are not in a position to represent him and we will immediately withdraw as your attorney and you need to immediately seek another attorney who you are more comfortable with. I suggest when you deal with your new attorney you allow your husband to speak for himself. The Motion to Withdraw will be sent to you on Monday.
