I was in a car accident at the beginning of 2013. I couldn't move on with my life because every day I experienced physical pain due to the uninsured motorist that hit me. Not only was the person uninsured but they were also driving under the influence. I ended up needing surgery. Thank heavens I contacted the Mintz Law firm because I needed help. They represented me for my injuries and did a great job. Here we are going into another new year and I'm thankful I am pain free! I hope to never be in another car accident. However, if I was, I would not hesitate to contact the Mintz Law Firm.

I currently have been working on my case with Jason and Robin. They are the best and I'm very happy and comfortable working with them both. They both are very hard working and are dedicated to the work they do! They keep me updated on everything! Even check up on me and see how my appointments are going. They call to make sure I'm caught up and if I understand what's going on and if I have any questions. When I do have questions that's more often than not they do take the time to explain whatever it is to me till I understand, even if they have to repeat it a couple times! I wouldn't want to work with anyone else ! I very much recommend them both ! They are very friendly to work with, great attitudes and personalities. Best guys ever ! Jason and Rob have helped me out alot. They are great people. I was injured a couple months ago and they worked with me. They would call me every other week to see how i was doing. They would also contact me when they would have information about my case. They were able to get me a good settlement. I highly recommend this firm.

Great Firm....Great People....Great Results. I had a slip and fall case that happened in a parking lot and suffered a very significant injury as a result. I was advised these type of cases are very difficult to recover any type of settlement from the insurance company....but thanks to Robin and Jason I was able to "recover a nice settlement" after being denied by the insurance company. Over the course of my 25+ year career I have hired dozens of attorneys; for securities work, intellectual property protection, import/export clearance, immigration, and other business matters. I hired Mintz Law Firm following a rear end collision that left me with neck and back injuries. I had never needed a lawyer for anything prior to this experience, so I really didn't know what to expect. I was most impressed with how thorough, professional, and patient the Mintz crew is at every step. I dealt, primarily, with Eric Krajewski and Thanh Le, both of whom went above and beyond to answer my questions and support me through the entire undertaking. The process included interrogatories, independent examinations, a deposition, mediation, and settlement, all of which were completely foreign to me. Eric's advocacy and Thanh's communication allowed me to navigate the process in an informed way and, now that it's over, I have no regrets. I hope that I never need a lawyer for anything again but, if I do, I will contact Mintz.
