Seth worked with my wife and I in a private agency adoption. I can't thank him enough for his honesty, professionalism, and expertise in guiding us through the adoption process. After we decided to pursue adoption we had no idea where to start. Lucky for us we found Seth online. In our first meeting he laid out all the different options for adoption and told us the strengths and weaknesses of particular adoption agencies. By hiring Seth we had someone who was working directly for us and representing our needs. I have a lot of respect for adoption agencies but they don't always have adoptive parents as their number 1 priority. Seth gave us valuable advice in the adoption of our Son and guided us through a particularly rough failed placement. Additionally, I want to comment on Seth's communication and punctual responses. Seth always seemed to respond to our questions within 24 hours and let us know if advance when he was out of town. Professional, experienced, compassionate We used Seth for our surrogacy journeys, that we did three times with three different surrogates. Each time, a few years apart, Seth was guiding us through small but important changes in the laws or in the circumstances of the surrogacy. We were doing these surrogacies as independents, not through an agency, so an attorney who really knew the field and the possible issues was very important. Furthermore, we are international and he was knowledgeable about how to navigate the various procedures. He was always responsive and held to the timelines promised, and worked well with the surrogate's counsel to get to agreement in a timely manner.

Seth Grob helped our family through our adoption process with an adroitness forthe intricate policies of family law. He was attentive from our introductory visit, and practical throughout the ups and downs of the process. His promptness of communication, and fairness with fees (he charges by the 6 minute increment rather than the industry standard of 15 minutes) kept our costs down and he gave us frequent opportunities to do the leg work ourselves when possible to keep costs low.
