Dylan Wolf was my attorney and he was great to work with! He was always very responsive even when he had a bad injury during my case. I greatly appreciated the upfront, flat-rate pricing, not only because it made things easy and transparent but because I knew Dylan was on my side to accomplish my goals and not just to get more billable hours. Would absolutely recommend to anyone going through a difficult time and in need of legal assistance.

New Leaf Family and especially Shelly Dill gave me the representation I was looking for in my divorce. I found the entire team easy to communicate with and I feel I was provided the best legal service. Shelly did a great job laying things out in a way that did not overcomplicate them but also based them in reality so I knew what to expect each step of the process.

Compared to my previous attorney, New Leaf Family was a refreshing change. I was in the midst of a difficult custody battle filled with false accusations. Other attorneys had turned down my specific requests, but New Leaf was willing to take on the challenging task. Marc and Jenny made me feel at ease and confident about the desired outcome. The entire firm seemed to be on my side, supporting me in winning my case. They even took care of sealing the criminal case related to the false accusations, which my previous criminal attorneys had failed to do. This was an unexpected and valuable service, as I was unaware that it had not been properly sealed. We attempted mediation, but my child's mother remained resistant, resulting in a trial. Marc excelled in his performance, effectively communicating his points and securing a favorable outcome for me. I achieved my desired outcome of sharing custody of my child equally, 50/50. New leaf offers a predictable monthly price, unlike my previous attorney who would randomly ask for more money, causing financial strain. With new leaf, the cost is lower and the payment setup is easier to manage. I will use new leaf for all my family law matters going forward.

Abandoned. Almost two weeks before my contract with New Leaf was complete and after it seemed everything was done, my ex filed a strange appeal. I did not understand the legality of it, nor did I know how to respond, and it seems a 30 minute conversation could have set me at ease. New Leaf sent me an email saying I would be contacted about what to do with the appeal, then later I was called and told I would be called back and told how I could respond (so that my legal fees would not continue). But no one called or emailed to schedule this appointment until the DAY AFTER my contract expired. It certainly seems like they waited on purpose, and now I would have to pay over $2000 for that short conversation I needed from them! In the end, I was left feeling abandoned. This is even more infuriating after they let my ex delay the court hearing by over two months, time in which no real legal work was being done, but they still charged me their monthly fee. As an update, the Permanent Orders they wrote up for me were so poorly written that my ex has all kinds of leeway to mess with me. I'm going to have to hire another lawyer and go back to court. They didn't even specify in the Permanent Orders that we are divorced. - Regarding your response: thank you for clarifying why there was no divorce decree; I see the judge has fixed that. - However, the way you depict my last week with you is completely incorrect. Dylan told me he would call me to explain how I should respond to my ex's motion, which I did not understand. I was not called, so I had to respond myself. I was TEXTED by a paralegal on the last day of my contract with you saying I could speak with Dylan the NEXT day, and I responded "I can't afford any more legal fees," to which she responded, "No worries." Notice, she didn't text, "There is no charge for this phone call," or anything like that. So I would have had to pay $2200 for a thirty minute phone call? I was told I would be given a call that week and given advice on how to respond to the motion, and that DID NOT HAPPEN. Dylan left me a voicemail a few weeks later asking me to call him back, but what would be the point? I already had to go it alone with that motion response. I already was told that I would have had to pay over $2000 for a thirty minute phone call. If that was not the case, your team did not make that clear, at all.

Talked with Thomas over the phone and he gave me great advice.

I was referred to Mr. Sudden by another attorney, so therefor I took the word of the attorney that Mr. Sudden was a new attorney with reasonable with prices ..He charged me 7,500 which was paid in full prior to trial. Before trial I tried reaching out to strategize about my case and very seldom did he answer. Now I give him credit for representing me at my MVA hearing which was thrown out due to fact that they gave me the breathalyzer 3Hours after the stop that wasn’t professional in fact illegal. With that being said it added more to my defense when I would have my day in trial…Oh I’m from Maryland so I had to travel to get to Colorado. When me and my Fiancé touched down we checked in at our room.At 9:00pm at night he calls me and tells me to meet him downstairs outside where it was cold to prepare and I was like we’re prepared are you??? No because he barely answered my calls and it took over a year to go to trial smh..Anyway at trial Mr.Blake didn’t object to anything to my knowledge and allowed the Railroad to happen I was found guilty.. After My trial I was highly upset and I said I’m appealing this and he said well I don’t do appeals but will reach out to you in 2 weeks with some references. Check this out you only have two weeks to put in for an appeal so him not even informing me on that was crazy..Well I’m glade Momma didn’t raise no fool.After doing my research this time I was able to come across a good old school Shark/Attorney by the Name of Gary D. Fielder who got My conviction overturned shot out to Mr.Gary…Blake Sutton from my opinion isn’t 💯 can’t trust him proceed with caution just a warning….

We made an appointment to review my case..they sent me 5 or 6 reminders...then they ghosted me. I sat in the Zoom session for 10 minutes. Not professional at all.

Mr Blake Sutton was very professional, communicated well, did a very good job. Prices were very reasonable, I would definitely hire him again!
