Having recently been in a position of needing legal counsel and representation, I was fortunate to have connected with and retained David Law and his team. Mr. Law is adept at asking the “QBQ” – the question behind the question in order to gain a thorough understanding of each client’s unique situation, such that he may most effectively apply his extensive knowledge of the law. I was particularly impressed with the respect and rapport he has amongst his peers and those within the court system. Having had very limited previous interaction with an attorney, my experience was ironically positive considering the situation at hand. I certainly recommend Mr. Law and intend to utilize he and the Miller & Law P.C. firm for legal needs going forward.

I am not too social savvy, however, I have to say if there ever was a lawyer like David he deserves a GOLD STAR for all the effort he put into my case. I highly recommend him. I have never felt so treated like a person who deserves the best. We hit a few hiccups but Dave still stood his ground and tried to make everything work out. I am pleased and the outcome was rectified and I can move forward. Dave definitely was truly a blessing for all that I needed. I highly recommend him for any difficult situation.

Mr David helped me with my wrongful termination / discrimination and we was able to settle for a big number within 60 days !!! David was always answer phones and is available all times of the night to help and talk about my case which was shocking because most lawyers will only talk to you during the day so this shows you he really cares about his clients . Mr. Law represented me in a business case. He was very straightforward and honest with me throughout this entire process. He was also very communicative and always made it easy to reach out to him. Biggest thing for me was face time on phones or computers given that I was deaf, he made sure I was informed every step of the way and made sure I understood everything he was saying. He fought hard to defend and protect my interests. Most importantly he was honest with me about my chance of success. He’s not out there just to make money. He’s out there to protect his clients and make sure in future of those clients don’t end up in the same position again. His office assistants are super friendly and welcoming. Miller and Law went beyond my expectations! I was referred to them after being injured in an accident. David Law assured me that their firm would handle everything. I gave them the information that I had on the accident and they took it from there. Jim Scherer handled my case. He was in frequent contact with me either by phone or email. David Law also stayed in contact, very kind as he wasn’t directly working with me. The entire office seems to be very welcoming. The few times I have been there, everyone extended a hand shake and introduced themselves. Rare, these days. I am very pleased with Jim Scherer, his work and the final outcome. While I hope I never need legal assistance again, if I do I will go right back to Miller and Law!

Rick Miller runs a law firm of crooks! I hired two of his lawyers for two separate legal matters, and was ripped off by both of them, the second one was dealing with my landlord and them harassing me for having Asperger‘s a form of autism. Brittany Reinke, one of his attorneys made fun of me for having Asperger‘s. She did this without hiding it, and in plain sight, and and I have it documented in a text thread. Well, once I become public that she was shaming me for having Asperger‘s, and the whole thing just became a debacle, and I ended up being out thousands of dollars in attorneys fees, and fees to my landlord, that I should never have had to pay. All just because my attorney decided to make fun of me in the middle of our case and are you still never recouped any of that money that Rick Miller and his attorneys have stolen from me. This is a bad group of attorneys. These are not good people at all. Please don’t be fooled please don’t be hurt by these people.
