Dave was excellent on all levels! Beginning with my attorney search to represent me in my discrimination /retaliation lawsuit against my former employer. Dave himself returned my call, not a paralegal, not an intake specialist. I felt he genuinely cared and was invested in my case. He's very attentive, quick to respond to concerns and questions and even offered ways for me to help streamline things in order to keep costs down! His expertise and knowledge were very apparent in the gripping notice he sent to my former employer, moving my insulting 3 weeks of severance offer (after 8 years of service) to almost 20! Allowing me the time I needed to recovery from the blow, and restructure my future plans! Without his help, my life would have been very different right now. He was not intimidated by taking on a massive hospital system, and held them fully accountable!! Felt a little like a fearless David v's Goliath! (Dave, maybe that should be your motto!?
