Great guy, helped me out with a settlement case. I've worked with several attorneys in the past and Dave comes off as much easier to work with than the others. He'd be my first stop if I ever need legal services in his space.

I contacted Dave originally through Avvo to discuss my potential employment legal matter. He was very prompt to respond and made himself available for an after normal business hours call which better fit my schedule. He was very understanding and easy to speak with when discussing the circumstances around my situation. He even provided an alternate option to pursue before going down the road of legal action. He was very candid in his feedback and open minded to my position. Following his suggestions I was able to work through my employment problem without legal action. I greatly appreciated his feedback and time. And if I am ever in the position to need further legal representation I will definitely call him again for support.

My case was not easy and the other party made it very difficult to negotiate terms with. At one point the other party was not willing to settle at all. Dave kept fighting for me and we reached a positive settlement! I recommend Dave highly, and he's an outstanding attorney!
