Amazing attorney!!! Although Jim Merson has litigated homicides, he was willing to represent our daughter for a speeding violation. His demeanor with the District Attorney and Judge obviously played a huge role in a greatly reduced fine and points in her case. Our daughter was treated with the greatest respect as he led her through a questionable and frustrating legal situation. I would highly recommend Jim Merson without reservation.

Don Alspaugh has done quite a bit of work for me and my dad. They are always very helpful and complete with the details. I would highly recommend the practice.
