Jess was refereed to us by our Chiropractor, Brian Foster. We trust Brian so we called Jess. Best decision we ever made. I was hit by a drunk driver while he was going at a high speed. My back was broken. Jess handled everything for us. We had never been through something like this before so it was a relief to have someone with such great expertise helping us. She knew what to do, the order to do it in and who to contact if there were questions. Not only is she a wonderful person and lawyer, but she also gave me the name of a trauma counselor when I started experiencing PTSD from the collision. Jess was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was in a car accident and there was no clear answer on whether the other party was insured or if my insurance would cover the settlement. She helped to get the answers and get my settlement covered in a timely manner. She was always very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Years ago my son was involved in a hit and run by a drunk driver. During that time he was unable to walk. I called around town and every attorney wanted us to meet at their office. I know, it doesnt seem crucial. But he was not able to move. Jess immediatly offered to come to us, and took the effort to drive to our home to meet my son. And that little touch of human sympathy, I immediately knew I had to work with Jess. Since then we remained in touch. Fast forward to 10 years later, we were involved in another hit and run. I whole heartedly know whom to turn to. So, I came back to Jess. Over and over again, she is outstanding. Her time and effort into the case is excellent.
