Darby presented to my EMT class about the importance of good documentation and the perils to their patient (and them) of poor documentation. He was clear and explained things in such a manner that all were interested and engaged! He provided examples (sanitized of course) and really brought home how important they can be in the process. I am so impressed with his demeanor and expertise.

Highly recommend Mr Hoggatt law firm is professional and understanding of the law and fight for one's right's. He has been supportive and tenacious in all aspects of my case. William, with consultation from his wife/law partner Emily, worked with me on a civil union settlement case. He was attentive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely kind in a difficult situation. He took as much time as I needed to feel comfortable making decisions, listened carefully, advised me professionally and with compassion, and helped me reach a settlement by communicating effectively with the opposing lawyer.
