After a February 2023 vehicle collision left my wife seeking compensation from the negligent driver, their team provided outstanding support and guidance throughout the entire process. Their expertise and dedication to our case was apparent from the onset, making the process much less stressful and holding the other side accountable for their actions (the other driver tried to flee the scene but was ultimately caught). Big insurance companies prey on unrepresented victims, so it was important that we also have aggressive legal representation. I am a senior who was taken advantage of by a contractor in the SLV. I contacted this firm and am very glad I did. The contractor took my $ without finishing my house. Gerald Jorgensen, Natalie Lord and Cory Beers had the experience, knowledge and expertise to assist. The distance wasn't an issue. Natalie Lord was present at my first hearing and took the time to visit my property to better understand my situation and struggles I faced. This firm is amazing. Not only experienced but very caring and attentive. I am incredibly grateful to them. And We WON!!!!!

I had several firms on my list to contact but after calling this firm and reaching a real person on the other end that could answer my questions regarding my legal issues I was sold. I met with Stephanie Fournier the very same week that I called and we were able to get everything in order for my case before any of the other lawfirms even called me back! I have been working with Stephanie Fournier for four years now and she has been my saving grace! She is on top of everything related to my case, she listens to my frustrations and then helps me find a solution. I had the pleasure of working with James Shanor and John Konz. They were kind, professional, and compassionate towards my family's situation. I couldn't recommend them enough!

They take advantage of elderly who aren't sure what they are doing and just take their money rather than really ask questions to figure out if there is a non court solution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I should also add that I was not a client since that was their response, but my uncle was and they took advantage of him, gave poor advice, charging him an astronomical amount to get conservatorahip of my grandparents. Twelve THOUSAND dollars for a family matter that didn't even go to court. You should be ashamed of yourselves! PS I received this threat in the mail today. I bet the reason they have little bad reviews is because of these tactics. Seeing as they have my address they know exactly which case I'm referring to..

I first contacted Matthew Crowther in early 2019 to discuss an accident I had sustained in November 2018. We set up a time for me to come and meet at his office in Longmont. To my meeting, I brought a wealth of documentation, including receipts, medical records and pictures. Matt spent almost an hour reviewing my information and gladly agreed to take my case. Throughout the next year, we proceeded to attempt to negotiate with 2 major insurance firms, but to no avail. The case ultimately ended up in Boulder County Court. Each step of the way, Matt was professional, responsive, informed and compassionate. Whenever I had a question, no matter how big or small, Mr. Crowther explained in layperson’s terms and to my satisfaction. If and when I should need personal injury legal services in the future, Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin will be my first call. Let’s start with they accepted my situation and helped me out when I was rejected by a few different law firms. Funny story, I didn’t even mean to come to this law firm. I originally thought it was one I found on google deep in Main Street not even close to where this building is. When I ended up being late to my appointment (because I was lost) I found out where they actually we’re at. I was working with Matthew Crowther and Jesse Allen. Let me tell you that I presented everything I need help with and they took it their hands. I didn’t have to do anything but show them my paperwork and they did everything in their power to help me. If I could recommend them a million times, I would! They helped me out so much and I’m am so blessed they did. Please, don’t waste your time talking to other lawyers.
