John clearly explained the claims process and his role in ensuring I was fairly compensated. He made it clear that my job was to heal and take care of myself, he would do the rest. He aggressively represented my best interest every step of the way. He was consistently in communication and always quick to respond. Set up appointment online and got a call 5 minutes later from someone named Michelle with the office saying that their initial consultation was $200. She had very thick accent and I couldn't understand her trying to explain why they charge 200 for an initial. Just turned her down instead
