I recently found myself in need of an attorney to help me deal with multiple traffic tickets that were almost 20 years old. Nick got my Driver's License back! I got it back with total freedom! When people get a DUI and their Driver's License gets taken away, there are so very few people who get their Driver's License back without restrictions. The amount is 1% or less. Most people first lose their license for 30 days, and then they have to have a breather ignition on their car for 6 - 12 months. Nick identified the key law issue in my case. We did not waste time on superfluous legal debates. His awesome expertise was on clear display. From the beginning, Nick basically said "Protest this point. Say this sentence to the DMV. I will listen to you. Tell me what happened. Please, give me your documents. I will submit them to the state. I will support you. I will argue for you.
