We my husband and I went to him for a new will from a living trust. He listen to our needs, was very helpful and courteous . He did what we were asking for. We are very grateful for his service.

Nick did a great job helping us retrieve collateral from an unpaid note. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a straight forward and realistic opinion on our situation. I felt Nick was very cool and collected in the court room, he worked with the judge to streamline the process in the most efficient manner.
I highly recommend Nick, he is knowelgble, honest and provides a high level of customer service.

Nick Ores helped us prepare our wills several years ago. So when we recently moved my Mom from out of state to Loveland, we turned to him for help. He was able to update her POA documentation to Colorado forms. He also helped us put her out of state farm property into a trust. My Mom is 87 and he explained everything to her in "common language" so she could understand, while never talking down to her. Going forward, I would not hesitate to use Mr. Ores' services in the future!!
