We met with Attorney Hares regarding the drafting of a Beneficiary Deed for our property. He was very helpful in explaining and answering questions. Very prompt in drafting the documents and booking a return appointment so we could sign. Attorney Hares was efficient, personable and we plan to contacthim regarding additional documents we plan to have drafted.
