My husband & I are new to estate planning & had no knowledge on the process or steps. However this is something we had heard of & really wanted for our children. We found Kayla Frederick and we felt like we hit the jackpot of attorneys. She was so kind, patient, made us feel comfortable & really walked us through the process. Our documents were so well put together & she took the time to clarify anything we had questions on. We appreciate her & look forward to our continued relationship. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Althaus Law for estate planning. Kayla Seale was the lawyer we used and she was a fountain of knowledge. We knew we had some estate planning to do but had been putting it off. Kayla had so many great ideas and we were happy to have such great input.

It has been a few years since my sister unexpectedly passed and we needed help navigating probate. A friend to our family recommended Althaus Law. From our first meeting to the end, Jeff and his team exceeded my expectations. Jeff and our attorney Andrew walked me through the process of probate and were always willing to go above and beyond, even during the most challenging turn of events. Front office staff very friendly and nice however, very unprofessional treatment form the lawyer. Could not answer any of our questions, has lack of knowledge.

We recently had new wills & medical directives done at Althaus law. They teamed us with Ben Hares who did a great job walking us through everything & making sure everything was right. Ben explained everything & made sure it was done the was we wanted. Would highly recommend.
