I would highly recommend Althaus Law for your estate planning. I had the opportunity to work with Ben Hares and I was very pleased with the consultation, and ultimate final estate documents, that he assisted me with. Ben was knowledgeable and without any pressure provided me the options that were available so I could choose the best plan for me and my family. I now have piece of mind knowing my documents have been completed correctly and have been filed properly with the courts. The office staff were always very kind and cordial at each of my visits.

When our son passed suddenly we knew we needed help going through the probate process. Working with and through Ben made the process easy and understandable. The first thing he did was made sure we knew what the costs of his services would be and could be and the amount of time the process could take and steps involved before accepting us as a client. Once our questions were answered in language we could understand we became his client. From there everything went very quickly in terms of documents required for becoming a Personal Representative, getting a TIN, entering probate and so on. We were notified of every step being taken. We could at any time contact Ben, we preferred email, and received a very timely response. In short, we felt blessed to have someone like Ben who could show empathy for our situation and still keep us making necessary and informed decisions. We would recommend Ben to anyone.

We had put off doing what we needed to do regarding Estate Planning and finally just did it. Ben made it comfortable for us and his knowledge and input added insight and certain items we had never thought about or knew about. We had a situation that needed immediate attention from our point of view, and he did not hesitate to correct it immediately for us. We never felt rushed and we always had his complete attention. Would highly recommend.

Ben worked with me on my Will. He's very knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through the process more than once to make sure I understood. He is very easy to communicate with and understanding with my special concerns. He made the process of completing my Will very easy and so glad I was able to work with him. Ben Hares and the entire office were wonderful in providing an environment wherein I felt they were working with me to attain my goals. I was looking to update what I had done with another organization about 10 years ago. I met Ben and the owner during a presentation at the Thornton Active Adult Center. I loved their style, humor, purpose and knowledge sharing so I set up an appointment. They met my needs expeditiously and explained the entire process and what I should expect all the way through the process. They far exceeded my previous experience. I recommend this office without hesitation. They really care and its obvious.

This law firm is the best. They are friendly and so accommodating. They helped us get our ducks in a row and Andrew was very thorough and patient. We recommend them to all our friends and family.
