Althaus Law just completed a trust for my wife and me. Jeff and Cristyn were both so pleasant and efficient. It was important for us to ensure we had all our bases covered in the event of a catastrophe. They explained everything very well and answered our every question. I definitely recommend them for estate planning.

I procrastinated getting my will written for 67 (!) years, because I was so overwhelmed by the enormity of the task.
I couldn’t have found a better person to help me than Jeff Althaus. He was extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, kind, patient and efficient. He answered every question I had, and addressed all of my concerns, as well as finding several resources for me, which was extremely helpful.
Jeff “walked me” through a very intimidating task, and made it such a positive experience for me. I HIGHLY recommend him for estate planning.

Tremendous experience overall! We had what we thought was a sufficient will built but turns out we were wrong. Jeff helped explain the ins and outs of estate planning and easily dumbed it all down for me. Never did we feel pressured, only presented the options and allowed to decide how we would like our plan built. Not an easy subject to think through but Jeff is incredibly personable and kind which makes it that much easier. Zombie apocalypse...just sayin’.

I needed to update my trust and Jeff was terrific. He met with me for a free consultation and he went over the changes/ corrections I needed during that time. I decided to have him do the work and he charged a flat fee for what I needed. He is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and caring. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help on estate planning, wills, etc.
