Ben proved to be the kind of attorney that changed my way of thinking about laywerys in general, and the overall process of building a comprehensive estate plan after procrastinating for way too many years. Needless to say I anticipated a stressfull, arduous, drawn out process and Ben quickly transformed the whole experience. Super responsive, proffessional, thourogh, knowledgable, personable and just an all around great human.

Ben is down to earth, detail-oriented, thorough and believe me when I say....honest. After our first meeting, I knew he was looking out for my best interest. He went over my options in detail, answered all my questions and ensured a smooth estate planning process. I felt completely at ease and like a huge boulder had been lifted from my shoulders after leaving his office. I would work with Ben again in a heart beat! Highly, highly recommended.

I needed a lawyer to go thru probate after the passing of my father. I have to say how amazing Andrew was. He was so helpful and informative during the entire process. Very clearly explained things and was so very kind during a difficult family time. They also helped my mother with estate planning and I will be having them help me with the same! The office atmosphere was great. The people are so very kind and friendly! I highly recommend Althaus Law! Top notch firm!!

I needed to update my will, with some very specific property questions. I attended a seminar, conducted by Jeff and then contacted the office for an appointment. I had an initial free consultation with Ben. Ben was very thorough, answered my questions, explained things in terms that were easy to understand . Everything was completed in a timely manner, which I appreciated, and at a reasonable fee.

I had went thru probate with the death of my mom and it was very upsetting and hard. Andrew and Ben helped me with my end of life needs and they made the process comfortable and stressless. i am so glad i called them. We used Andrew with Althaus Law to set up our trust. He was very professional but friendly. Planning a trust can feel overwhelming, but he walked us through the entire process. He also offered to have a meeting with our selected trustees to explain everything to them. He truly cares about customer service. We feel confident that he will be able to help our trustees in the future. We highly recommend Andrew.
