Amazing people very friendly!

I highly recommend Ramos Law! Clark Litten basically gave me a huge peace of mind. I am completely happy with the way he handled my case, he is very friendly and understanding, has so much experience in his field that I highly recommend him! And his Paralegal Sharon McLay has been a tremendous help throughout the whole process as well, she has been very informative and responsive. They basically handled everything for me, all I had to really worry about was make it to all my appointments and provide any information when needed. This whole process has been one smooth sailing! I would definitely recommend Clark Litten as your lawyer and Sharon as your paralegal! My case was about work injury where I damaged my lower back from lifting heavy objects. I am a commercial plumber and have been injured twice, this case was about the latter. I decided to get a lawyer this time around because I didn’t do so the first time and ended up getting my case closed prematurely. My first injury was when I fell almost 20 feet off a ladder and landed on concrete ground, shattering my heel and cracking a bone in my wrist and had to have immediate surgery on both. This second time was lower back injury where I ended up having a surgery because I had a large herniation on my L5 lumbar disc, I decided to get a lawyer when I was having a hard time getting a hold of my Workmans Comp insurance, and as soon as Clark and Sharon took over, things started happening right on the spot! I was surprised at how much easier this whole thing ended up for me compared to the first time. I have finally reached my settlement and Clark was able to help me achieve the best possible outcome, and I was satisfied with how he handled it. Highly recommend this firm and specifically Clark Litten and Sharon McLay!

I was referred to Ramos Law from a friend that knows Dr. Ramos peripherally. My case was assigned to Marianne Garrison and she was so incredibly helpful and patient through the process of getting my car accident claim resolved! She was actually the one that caught a problem on my MRI and referred me for treatment and I'm now on my way to a full recovery, along with a nice sum of money in our bank account that she was able to recover from the insurance company. Her foremost concern was getting me the treatment I needed and getting me well above all else. Having Dr. Ramos on your side is a huge benefit since he also is a doctor in addition to being a lawyer. I was involved in a car accident bank in June 2019. Ramos law came to my rescue after the insurance company offered me a 700.00 dollar settlement. I spoke with Marianne Garrison who was my attorney. Her assistant Renee Swenson worked with me quite a bit. A few days into this case I got a phone call from Brain Calandra, the managing partner of the firm. Brian was just checking to see if everything was going ok and that he I was being taken care of. Brian also told me if I needed anything that I could contact him directly. Both Marianne and Renee took my case seriously. They took care of everything. I kept getting contacted by medical providers and Marianne and Renee took care of everything. These ladies stayed in touch with me to let me know what was going on with my case as well as just calling to say hello and check on me. If the need ever arises I will make sure to contact Ramos law. Matt and his team were able to exceed my expectations! He represented me in a case against an Automotive dealership that falsely advertised there product that I purchased. I had signed an arbitration agreement and he took on my case and won a reasonable settlement regardless of it.

Very efficient with case assessment

Mr. Osborne helped me with a case a few years ago against a major bank and the three credit bureaus and I could not believe the settlement amounts he got in the end. He was very amicable, always responsive to questions and inquiries, and was easy to reach. Although that was the first time I'd ever worked with a lawyer - I'm hedging a bet that it's probably not as easy and fantastic for most people working with lawyers as my experience was with Mr. Osborne. He is simply the best! I called him again for a recent case, and he proved to be as informative and diligent and quick-to-respond as ever. Unfortunately, a couple of things barred us from being able to proceed (one being my fault) but he was exceedingly generous and refunded the retainer (which is amazing because again - one of those things was my fault). Anyway - you could not find a better person to be in your corner in regards to consumer financial protection issues - this is the very person you want. (By the way, this is not just limited to just Colorado - we've lived overseas (Armed Forces Europe address) for a while, and he took both my cases on while I was overseas. If you're considering him for consumer financial protection issues from anywhere... give him a call!
