My wife was involved in an accident in 2022, with the fault clearly being with the other driver (confirmed by law enforcement reports). We initially tried to work with the other driver's insurance company to cover the cost of renting a replacement vehicle (ours was a total loss), but they were essentially non-responsive so we realized we would need an attorney to protect our interests. Through online research we found James Munafo. We liked the fact that he was local, a small firm, and had excellent reviews online. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. James and his assistant, Jen, were professional, efficient, and very well organized. They managed all of the details with the hospital, other medical providers, and the responsible insurance companies, making the entire process as easy on us as possible. In the final settlement, we received much more than we had expected, thanks to the efforts and competence of James and Jen. When you're considering a legal team, remember that you get what you pay for. If I'm ever in need of major market representation (with small-town feel and care), I won't call anyone but Brian!
