I was facing a very grim outcome with my DUI case. I had a horrible Lawyer. James took over my case. He learned my case inside and out and fought for me the entire way. He was always available for questions, he listened to me, and encouraged me when I needed encouraging. He is sharp, knowledgeable, prepared, and does not miss a beat. Right before trial, we caught a break, that James turned into a dismissal. James is over and above a 5 star rating.. Definitely a genuine cut above the rest!I am forever grateful!

James and Jen worked tirelessly for more than a year to solve my case and I feel like I got a very fair settlement without having to go to trial. James will fight for you and win! Having James Munafo & Associates to represent me was like having Rocky Balboa in my corner! I originally went to a bigger, famous law firm to handle my auto accident case. But, they passed me around and made no progress for over a year. After wasting my time, they ended up dropping my case saying, “it was too small.” I started looking for a smaller law firm that I hoped would care and fight for me. James and his staff got right to work. Their communication was excellent! I could phone them and get questions answered directly and honestly. Letters updating me on my case, were in EVERYDAY LAYMAN’S TERMS....which i could read and understand. Emails were short, to-the-point, and professional. So thankful I found this amazing law office! Brian Close is off-the-charts intelligent, I would actually say he is a genius at what he does. He is pleasant to work with and provides great client communication and advice. I can not recommend him enough. I definitely recommend the Fuller & Ahern law firm. From the beginning James worked very hard to ensure my side was heard by the district attorney. He worked behind-the-scenes to help navigate me out of the criminal system. It is evident he has a lot of experience and is very smart. Facing any type of criminal charges is very scary and life-changing. Going to the courtroom can be daunting. James is very calm and wants his clients to feel at-ease by providing expectations ahead of time. He assesses the situation and continuously works to ensure his clients get the best deal possible. Clients shouldn't expect a lot of face-to-face time, but should be confident he is doing his job. I am so thankful for his help, expertise and willingness to quickly take on my case.
