Do not do any debt consolidation business with them they are the worst. They do not do the work nor have your best interest. Customer service is hot garbage. Worst mistake I made negotiating with @pioneer law firm.

I used Pioneer Law Firm to pay off $40k of debt. I was on a 48 month plan but they charged me 49 payments. Also at the end of the 49 months I still had to pay an additional $5k!

They suck , We paid them for 3 years 619.00 a month a total of $23,000.00 they only paid about 11,000 of what we paid them to creditors ! " SO WAKE UP PEOPLE DO NOT USE THEM "

Bad customer service. Ended up paying more than original contract with them. Can't get a final close out letter.

I had 20K in 2 debts 5 years ago. Pioneer Law Firm contacted me and offered to use their services to resolve my debts. They promised to me that the MAXIMUM amount I will pay to resolve it will be NOT more than 15 K TOTAl. I have paid them 15 K total by my payments since that time($365 each month but now I have received the docs from the court that I am will be paying ANOTHER 14K to one of my debt which was NEVER resolved by them. It's called "garnishment" in my paycheck now and I'm STILL paying to Pioneer Law Firm. So they were lying to me for all that years. Never ever go with them! They are liars! They do not provide what they say. They will take your money and you will be trying to get any docs from them but they will not respond to you. any way. You will wait on call line for an hour and you will never resolve your problem even somebody in there going to pick the phone to talk to you.You will e-mail them but they will suggest you to CALL them instesd because they cannot pull your file(!) out. So you better call your bank to stop your payments to them and call your attorney to start a case against them

They Were Suppose to Negotiate All The Accounts Everyone We Gave Them They Gave us a AMOUNT The Time Frame & Made Our Payments Out To Be $XXX.00 So We Proceeded - They TOOK Forever !! It Was 3 Months Before One Account Was Settled They Claim its Because These Things Take Time ..Blah Blah Blah Prepare To Listen to a lot Of CANNED Responses They Take OUT a HUGE Amount of Payment For LEGAL SERVICES & ADMIN FEES So It Takes Them Along Time To Accumulate FEES & Then Have a Sum They Will Pay. Then Finally After 8 Months They Paid Off 3 Accounts - But Nothing On The Others BLAH BLAH BLAH Still Negotiating At the End Of Our Contract The AMOUNT That Was STILL Not Paid Off Was Several Thousand. Of Course You Can Stay With them Until They NEGOTIATE The Accounts WAIT WEREN'T WE TOLD THEY COULD DO IT IN THE TERM WE SIGNED UP FOR. ??? WE ALSO HAD TO Go to The COURTHOUSE Because The Contact in Our State Was No Longer Affiliated & They Had Not Found a Replacement. It Was INFURIATING & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO GO AND FILE A ANSWER TO A JUDGEMENT THAT NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED If they Were Doing They JOB!! They Dropped The Ball So Many Times They Had To Go Find Some New Balls !! DO NOT USE THEM -THEY COMPANY THEY USE GLOBAL CLIENT SOLUTIONS HAS TONS OF COMPLAINTS AND IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. I NOW HAVE ONE ITEM THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PAID (FOR $500) SHOWING UP AS A 4500.00 CHARGE OFF !!! MY CREDIT LIMIT WAS $3000.00 THEY SENT ME A OFFER TO PAY OFF FOR $500 -WISH I HAD BUT I ALREADY HAD IT WITH LEXINGTON....& THEY SAID THEY WOULD PAY. NOPE!!! DO NOT USE THEM !!

I've had mostly good experience with this firm. For me, they've done everything they said they would and I simply need to be sure to make my monthly draft to cover the agreement. The only weakness I see is if you ever need to change that monthly draft or switch bank accounts it can feel like the process is overly difficult and if there is a time constraint it is extremely stressful. If you fax them anything, it is 3 days before anyone in customer service can see it, and by then sometimes a deadline has passed. If you wind up in their follow up system, you can talk to multiple people as if the first contact never happened and that is also nerve racking.

I would give zero stars if possible. I have had two judgements against me since going with them. Still have one they have not settled and another they are "always" working on. You call them and wait online for almost an hour, the whole time their system says you're caller #1. Stay far away from this company. They prove the old adage of the only good lawyer is a dead one...
