Pioneer Law Firm would you please pick up your phone and or call me back with messages left?

I have been attempting to talk to a senseable persion to determine what is going to happen when my contract which ends in February 2018. We received a call on September 14 from a gentleman who said he would call back on the following Monday. We have never received anymore calls but from a lady who stated that the contract could be extended at the same draft or a payoff of $21000.00 dollars. We do not owe that much. This is a rip off company. We have been paying for 4 years already and according to our records the negotiated accounts all settle in February 2018 and nothing further has been nogotiated.
