Yet again another positive review and experience! I loved how Dawn was patient and took the time to explain everything to me and just go over points again to make sure I was on the same page as her. She made me feel like we are still on a good track to our mortgage loan and even still there are future options even after we get approved that they are willing to work with us on. She was very pleasant and kind hearted and it makes me look forward to where we will be in a months time. Thank you so much!

Talked to Josie this morning, haven't contacted river stone in over 5 months to check on my account status. Josie filled me in on the latest developments and what's currently in progress with some good news about past negative account deletions. I was thinking of cancelling my service as I've already been able to purchase a home at a very competitive rate. After talking with Josie I've decided to keep going and let riverstone do their thing, which is to keep improving my credit score.
