I found this to be a total rip off! The few little things that were deleted took MONTHS to do and hundreds of dollars (and had 0 effect on my score). The biggest thing, (a 90-day late payment in which they were told exactly why this charge existed), STILL didn't come off. "We just need more time ma'am.'" Yeah, and another few hundred dollars! Every time I called for an update, I was given the most roundabout details that never actually stated what did or did not happen. They continue to push you to stay in the program so they can bill you more! Save your money and figure out how to do this yourself. It is possible. And if you do go forward with them, plan on MANY months at $100 a month!

I cannot recommend Riverstone Law Enough for helping repair our credit! Ann helped me out today in such an efficient and concise way! Every time I call I hope I will get the same person I had the last time because they were so helpful! However, it never matters because every person has been of the same high quality. Monique was very helpful and explained to me the best way to recuperate 250 points on my credit score fast. First, call one of my creditors and ask them for a one time forgiveness of a recent late payment they just reported which took my credit down 100 points in exchange for setting up my account for auto pay. Then take a look at my revolving credit accounts I have and try to pay them down so that I am using 10% of their credit limits, that would be worth 150 points total. Pay the smaller ones first and move up to the big ones. She also said that, if I was liquid enough to pay all of my accounts down to 10% that I could effect my credit in a single month and gain nearly 150 points. So for me it's just a matter of knocking out the smaller ones down to 10% and then taking the two remaining bigger revolving accounts and pay them down as fast as I can. Additionally, I told her that I wanted to purchase a new truck and refinance my home ASAP. She said that if I do the truck right now, my credit will take a hit and I will likely have to wait 6+ months to refi the house. But if I waited and then gained the points talked about above, and then schedule the truck purchase and the house refi in the same month I'd be able to pull off both in the same month. NICE! She said that she is behind me and will send dispute letters out to clean up any derogatory reports. It's nice to have someone at your back. Common misconception is that it takes 18-24 months to rebuild your credit. Guess not in my case. Thank you Monique Velasquez!
