Found this Law Firm through referral for another client the corrected mistakes done by another Law Firm and continually updated us as to what was happening with my mother's application for Medicaid.

I went to Allaire Elder Law for help and advice when applying for Medicaid for my mother. All the people there were very patient and helpful to me in navigating the complex application process and they fielded all questions from the State Case handlers so I could concentrate on gathering the needed information needed to complete the process. Halley and her team, both Halley & Jessica specifically were amazing. Being out of state, and learning CT laws for Medicaid, Wills, POA and all other applications to ensure that my parents were taken care of, I can not explain what a peace of mind I was given. Not only from a legal standpoint but also from an emotional, and almost therapeutic basis. They were available at all hours, extremely responsive, and educated me and my family and provided reassurance during a very emotional and stressful time. Even when my father passed, they were there for me and my family, to help guide us through the process. I can not thank them enough! I highly recommend them!

My sister and I are soooo thankful for Attorney Allaire, Charlotte, Amanda and the rest of the staff for ALL of their help and expertise with our parent’s elder care needs.
