Allaire Elder Law is responsible for the amazing position our 93 year Mom is in now! Stephen Allaire and his knowlegable staff helped is to deal with legal issues, hospital and rehab issues, Assisted Living selection and paperwork as well as bill payment management. Our Mom is now in a wonderful Assisted Living home where she is comfortable and happy. Stephen is patient and explains carefully how to deal with the long list of situations that come with having a parent in their 90's. The services and counsel we received from Allaire greatly reduced our stress and produced a wonder result. Don't try to do this alone - it is just too hard! These professional know what they are doing.

Steve Allaire is a great elder law attorney for numerous reasons. Steve is always aware of the changing laws that effect estate planning and long term care. He is pleasant and personable to work with and does not rush you but explains thoroughly the advantages and disadvantages of your decisions. Steve handled the estate planning and inheritance implications of my parents estate which involved a successful small business and property. My wife and I cannot say enough about Steve's professional savvy in matters of elder law and estate planning.

Steve and his team have been instrumental in guiding our family through setting up my octogenarian parent's estate to minimize estate/inheritance taxes, real estate transaction costs, avoid bankrupting the estate with long term care costs and set up a special needs trust for my youngest brother's long term after my parent's are gone. My in-laws, on the other hand, being penny wise and pound foolish, have put my wife's family in a very difficult situation by not engaging a top professional like Steve, and now face the wiping out their parent's financial legacy as the long term care costs mount.
