I reached out to the office of McCoy and McCoy following a serious car accident I was involved in and was greeted by Theresa who was very thorough and knowledgeable about the process. My injuries resulted in hip and back surgery. Throughout the entire duration of my case I was introduced to new employees with very specific roles depending on what portion of the case we were at. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was cordial, polite, and determined to ensure that the best outcome was achieved. Frank McCoy and his partners have built a well functioning practice that ensures their clients are always at the top of the list. My case took some time because of COVID but Taylor and Jessica were always there to answer questions, give updates and listen to me with compassion. If I could give six stars I would. I was injured in an accident, right away contacting McCoy McCoy office. Jess had answered and sent staff out to my house to go over everything. Immediately I felt like I was in good hands. Jess was my biggest supporter in answering any questions and helping me understand treatment and that I was going to be ok. WOW! So , me and my daughter was in an accident back in April 2020 ( one month after covid hit the US) I was very very nervous to find a lawyer because the person who hit us from behind had NO INSURANCE.
