I called in to see if I could get a consultation and the lady who answered the phone had a horrible attitude with me. I think her name is Gabriela. Great lawyers, and I'm sure the rest of the team is amazing too. Maybe this should train this lady on better customer service. Dressler Law Firm was able to assist me with no hesitation.

Waited on hold 30 to 35 minutes twice and never going to live person to talk to. Third attempt finally got an operator who said she would pass along my question and would hear back in 2 to 3 hours and it's been 3 days and still no answer. Not a warm fuzzy feeling!
