Was glad I did my research before committing to him.

I’ve tried several times to get help with an unjust and illegal eviction through them. They denied my case initially. I was told to reapply. I have called and left SEVERAL voicemails with no response. Had to go to court by myself, 8mo pregnant. Now I have an eviction on my record despite being able to get the case dismissed, and I need help with getting it off my record so I can find housing for me and my soon to be child.. no response. They helped my neighbor with the same issue but not me?! Why?

I had a great experience. They was very kind to me. Also helpful. I would call them back again. Thank so much for your help with me and my sister.

This review is my opinion based on my experience with Kocian Law Group. I am giving them only one star because that's what they earned and deserve. I am giving them one star because they were able to get me a new authorized doctor but then were not able to get me anything else like injections which I was supposed to be authorized for. I was never reimbursed for things like mileage and time. My attorney never appealed any of the decisions made by the commissioner. It was a Very Disappointing experience to say the least. Fortunately, I have found someone else who is willing to fight for the Medical Treatments that I need. In my opinion,  go to a Law Firm that is willing to fight for you and your needs. This is not one of them.

I would never refer this company y /lawyers office to anyone , tge lawyer or Para legal what ever she is Vanessa is very rude and does not care about her clients, she's very rude and nasty person, they are all very nice when you first start with them but as time goes on she becomes a very unpleasant person, and very disrespectful human being, sge pretty much told me my conditions did not exist, when I had medical proof they did , abd pretty much told me I didn't have a case and wasn't worth any thing but 30k etc and just wanted me to close, my case. I do not believe this office ever tried to negotiate with tge other side u till it went to court , please be careful with this company and watch what you sign as well , as I was to be charged for hrs put I. On my case and In tge end they took 33 and 1/3 % state law says they can only take 33 percent! They went through so many Para legals so no one knew my case there because it was being changed and updated by different people the whole time Vanessa did absolutely nothing for me , really neitger did tge office they literally got copies of about 10 medical records and that was it and charged me 25k never went to trial or any thing so really no hours were invested! I have never seen a worse lawyers office in my life! They are there to make themselves money and do not care about the clients what so ever. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE , THE LAWYERS HAYMOUND HAS REPRESENTING HIS OFFICE ARE TERRIBLE! it took them 5 yrs to settle my case, with tge first 2 years doing absolutely nothing! You are better off representing yourselves!

John is not reliable, does not keep his word and will tell you one thing and then do the other. I recommend staying far away from him.

The help desk lady says she will help you; then purposely say hold on; leave you to the music; wait 5 minutes then hangs up the phone. I tried calling back; she sees my number and woke pick up the phone for me

Have worked with haymond law firm since 2015. Would not go to any one else for the firm has been nothing but very helpful. All the staff was very pleasant and always help answer any questions that I needed answered. Would recommend his service to anyone who has had an accident for they work to get you the best... and thank you for letting me in your family
