I have been a client with Jonathan Perkins for approximately 3 years. I sought out the Perkins firm when my then workman’s comp attorney failed to represent me when I was experiencing problems with my former employer. I was welcomed by their friendly staff. I was introduced to Shawn Von Briesen, who along with Attorney Robert McCarthy have been handling my workman’s comp case since 2018. My interactions with Shawn have been many. On every occasion Shawn has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, quick to respond to every call or email I send his way. His patience is a blessing, taking the time to always explain everything to me in detail making sure I understand what is going on with my case. I consider him a champion fighting for me. My case is exceptional since I am still an active client waiting on another case to be settled before I can settle my workman’s comp case. I have complete faith that Shawn and Attorney McCarthy will fight to get the best settlement for my workman’s comp case. In my opinion I feel he is an asset to the Perkins Law Firm.
