very reliable Law firm would recommend them to everyone

The best hands down has taken care of a few cases and has always come through

This is my 2nd time around with this law firm. Again I have had a paralegal that spends more time at home then in the office. I once again have to play phone tag with them and send emails back and fourth. I contacted her today to ask if she received my email I sent 7 days ago and she said hold on let me check. Soo your not doing your job then. I have a simple case of falling on camera at FedEx and I was told they couldn't get the footage from the attorney. It's been a week over a month that they sent the demand letter to their claims adjuster. So I called my paralegal and she stated that now she has to wait a certain time frame then she'll contact their supervisor. Come on man get your stuff together. I'm settling this case it shouldn't take this long. Covid restrictions have been lifted . It's like a merry go round with this attorneys and paralegals.
