I was in car accident few years ago for first time in my life. That being said, it was scary and traumatic, even more so having my daughter in car with me at time. I was unsure of all the steps to take. I knew key things to do at time of accident. Getting a lawyer to protect us was at top of list. Sitting in my living room at midnight going through who to contact was nerve racking. Then a Commerical came on for Carter Mario and I sent an email (thinking it was too late at night to call). To my surprise a representative called me within minutes! He explained everything and set me up with Hartford office. I met with Attorney Fong and Jazmin Cardoso-Lopez. They were very kind and understanding. My first thought was my accident wasn’t extreme enough to take on but I was mistaken. They treated me so well and made me feel that my case was as important as any other. They were always there for any questions or concerns I had. They kept in contact with me continuously with updates and progress. When it came to the settlement Attorney Fong went above and beyond my expectations. He pushed continuously to get me everything I deserve and more. I felt that they truly cared and that it wasn’t about them getting money out of my pain. It was really them helping me. I will never forget that accident that day. Even more, I will never forget how they helped me through it everyday afterward. I hope I don’t have to go through it ever again but at least I know who to go to if it did.
