Overall I am very satisfied with the outcome of choosing Carter Mario. The reason that I am taking off a star is because there were times that the 'team' did not follow their 8-point guarantee. For example, I was supposed to have access to my online account, I never received any of this information. There were weeks that went by, and I never received a phone call or email regarding the status of my case. There were times that I would reach out via email or phone call to see where my case stood and never received a response. Finally, there was supposed to be a team of 4 dedicated to my case, only met 2 people. Clinton, my case manager, was extremely helpful and I really enjoyed working with him. Lindsey, my attorney, was extremely smart, understanding and helpful throughout the process. I received the amount I was expecting. Thank you for helping me through this tough process! It is greatly appreciated! :)
