I was referred to Carter Mario Law firm by an associate. I am very pleased that I contacted them. Not only did they take my case extremely serious, they made me feel at ease. I started off with Allison G to open my case and then worked with Jessica Ayala (Attorney) and Lisa P (case manager) for the rest of my case until the end. Little did I know, they had an entire team that worked on my case. I was pleasantly surprised that no matter who I had to speak with on the Carter Mario team assigned to me, there was no hesitation answering any questions. I never felt uneasy. I never had to stress about any parts of my case. During the deposition weeks, they made me feel comfortable and confident while guiding me through all of the next steps. Jessica and her team ended up settling for more than we ever expected to end with. Now I can feel comfortable in knowing that any future medical bills will be taken care of. I am very happy with the services provided to me and how quickly we got things settled. I really felt like part of Jessica and Lisa’s family. The team sent baby gifts when I gave birth and it was so special! Hopefully I will never have to go through this again but if I have to, Carter Mario will be my first call.
