Get Carter is a poor choice. After our 18 year old son died in a DUI ACCIDENT ( son was not driver), One of his attorneys actually had the nerve and callousness to tell me, “your son is gone- deal with it”. Get Carter cares about their commission- not your loved one. DO NOT GET CARTER!!!

This ia a firm with a very narrow focus, which also means that the vast majority of legal situations will be completely outside of their expertise. In all cases where they have no practice or expertise, they should refrain from offering advice because, more often than not, it will be misinformed and may lead people astray. Reply: Nobody wants a Jack-of-all-trades. What customers look for are honest and deserving people who are able to focus on the main problem, admit it lies outside their expertise, refrain from making assumptions or passing judgment, and recommend someone in a different area of the law. There's a lot of fluff and inflation in law schools; and for the past 10 years, since the 2008-9 crisis, it's been extremely difficult to find a decent job and to support oneself even coming from top law schools, let alone Roger Williams. IMHO, there are a lot of undeserving candidates trying to exploit Carter Mario's good name, to the detriment of customers and the public.

Very poor service. Was injured bad in a car accident, went through the process step by step with them for 6 months just to be told i might walk away with little to nothing. They do not like to answer calls once they realize your not happy with the way things are going. You might have to borrow someones phone just to get through to a receptionist if they have you blocked. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, better off paying for a decent lawyer!!!

This office and their team will only take your case if they win big money, they will drop your case without notice. Be aware and save yourself time and the headache.

Been trying for about a week to get to talk to an atty. I spoke to the initial clerk who said someone would get right back to me. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME! Asked today if they are too busy just say so and I will go to someone else for litigation. The reply was LET ME AX YOU A FEW QUESTIONS...I hung up!

Do not hire for disability!!! Very misleading.... they actually don't handle it. It's passed off to an attorneys office in North Carolina. It was a waste of over a years time. They did nothing for me. When I had to appeal the decision, they don't handle it so you have a limited time to defend yourself or try to hire another attorney in a short amount of time. Now I'm on 2 years with no income and have to hire yet another attorney and start all over again!!!! Complete waste of time!!!!!! Save yourself time and aggravation
