Horrible experience. Would not recommend. If i could have given one star i would. the best thing they did for me and my family was send me to a different lawyer. The lawyer we had couldnt answer simple questions. They never took responsibility for their mess up. And then when you talk to the manger she is just worried about how can she get more money walk away fron them when you can do not waste your time or money with this law firm!!!

Attorney Jessica Ayala of the Carter Mario Law Firm represented me in a lawsuit related to a motor vehicle accident I was in (and did NOT cause) on Wednesday, 1/10/18. They do a disservice to all the hard working people employed by insurance companies. I cringe when I see their hateful TV adds. They create the false narrative to suit their firm.

Never called me back but then sent me a contract to sign. Very disappointed
