One of my biggest concerns going into the process was communication. I needed someone who was extremely quick with replying back and who would keep me informed every step of the way. Joshua nailed it. He was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns, no matter how small or insignificant they may have seemed. He was consistently prompt in his replies, which made me feel like a priority and that he genuinely cared about my needs. If I could give Joshua Gilman TEN STARS I would do so. I have hired Joshua of CT Title and Escrow twice now. Once when I bought a house, and then when I sold a house. He did an excellent job both times and I highly recommend him. Joshua has a talent for making seemingly complex legal matters very simple which is helpful for non-lawyers. He also is incredibly responsive via email, responding quickly to all inquiries. And finally, he offers a flat fee at the outset and so you don't have to be fearful that every phone call or email will cost you money. Joshua takes the stress out of real estate transactions by handling everything so competently, and is extremely personable. As I said - if I could give him ten stars I would. Feel confident that if you are buying or selling, you are in good hands with Connecticut Title and Escrow.
