I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Joshua Gilman on multiple real estate transactions. Joshua is very responsive and always available to answer any questions. Some of my transactions were complex and Joshua was able to facilitate and still close in a very short period of time. I would very much love to work with him again when opportunity arises. They can not do a Open and close case ,Do not waste your time with them, will continue to call you, very negative they not postitive and cause you to lose your case my case is about money not merit$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I contacted this firm for about a week when I received a call saying that the other party contacted them and they could not represent me after obtaining the police report because the other party retained them. It took them a week to figure this out? Or did the other party contact them after I did either way it was super unprofessional after they came highly recommended or unethical to pick up one client for the next. Either way I felt totally disrespected. Please make sure that your clients are not left without representation so their not left scrambling.
