While their TV ads are quite moving this firm does not live up to them. They outsource cases to "subcontractors" and then when you don't get treated well they say "that's not Morgan & Morgan". But if a firm refers to a subcontractor claiming they are the largest firm in the USA, then their firm gets the press, good or bad. I had one of their lawyers call me a liar on the first call with them. UPDATE: You can see the reply from M&M below. I did contact them and their assistance consisted of telling me I was free to go somewhere else.

I agree. They have excellent and moving, heartfelt commercials. We all want someone to fight for the regular guy. They get your hopes up. On the phone initially they sound sympathetic and concerned about you and your case. They collect your personal data then they refer you to the State Bar. They drop you like a hot potato!!! It’s sad.

These people lie to you. Appreciably they don’t serve New York according to Dan Morgan. They don’t know anything about New York laws even though they advertise in New York. Obviously they don’t “fight for the people” they only fight for themselves.
