What should of been a simple real estate transaction became more complex when the owner of the property I was purchasing passed away. Joshua was the perfect attorney to help me with this transaction. He was extremely easy to deal and always available to meet/talk after work. I intend to use him for additional services in the future!!

I was in the process of selling my house. I found attorney Joshua Gilman through the internet and decided to give it a try. Joshua has delivered more than I expected. In the two month period, we were sending nearly a hundred emails. I always got response in minutes, as early as 6:30am in the morning, as late as 9:00pm at night. I also talked to him during the office hours. I felt he was working around the clock! Joshua was very detail-oriented, professional and straight forward. Joshua represented us for the sale of one house and the purchase of another. I would highly recommend him. He kept us up to date on all aspects of both transactions. He answered all of our questions and was always quick to respond. He had to drive a significant distance to attend both of our closings but was willing to come to us for both transactions.
